Can Kimchi cure H1N1 influenza?

I'd like to introduce Kimchi which is one of the most traditional and typical food in Korea and one of the healthiest food in the world.. Koreans eat Kimchi everyday in breakfast, lunch, and diner. Now, H1N1 called swine flu is a big issue in the world. Thousands people have been died so far. In 2005, Bird Flu was spread out over the world. In contrast, in South Korea, there had not been any severe damage beacause Kimchi can cure the Bird flu. BBC and other international new media reported about the effect of Kimchi on Bird Flu. The experiments have been conducted by Korean researchers to find out if Kimchi cures H1N1. I hope Kimchi could help people suffering from H1N1.

The Opening

Since I came to America in January 2006, I realized that my country, South Korea is not as much popular or known as China or Japan. Absolutely, two countries are the most influential countries in the world not only economical power but also cultural influence. For instance, it is not difficult to find a Chinese restaurant in countyside in America as well as in Europe. Japanese foood also became very popular and loved by many people in the world. This is only about food, but you also know how it is important. South Korea is approximately 6885 miles away from New York and 90 times smaller than America territory, but interestingly the price of the whole territory is 2.3 times more expensive than the price of the whole Canada territory. So, let's start!!! I will make an effort to introduce my country to all of you.
